Ask AJ, our AI assistant
Ask AJ is an AI assistant, not a member of staff. It answers questions about our services and helps you work out what kind of cover might suit you. It can be wrong, it can miss something, and it does not have the full picture of your site.
- Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the chat.
- Ask AJ cannot give legal advice, medical advice, or a diagnosis of any kind.
- Nothing Ask AJ says is a quotation, a booking, or a promise of availability.
- If there is an emergency happening now, call 999 or 112. Ask AJ is not monitored and cannot contact anyone for you.
Security and licensing information
We keep the information on these pages accurate and up to date, but regulations, licensing requirements and guidance change. Where we mention SIA licensing, licensing conditions, insurance or fire safety duties, treat it as a summary only. Confirm the current requirements with the Security Industry Authority, your licensing authority, your insurer or your fire safety adviser before acting on it.
No guarantee of an outcome
No security provider can guarantee that no crime or incident will occur, or that a particular outcome will follow. We do not make those promises, and nothing on this website should be read as one.
